Giggle Princess

I had fun creating this card that I call Giggle Princess (for obvious reasons) :o) but the image is an amazing hand drawn image and you can get it for yourself the image is called Waiting For My Prince.  Christine from The Paper Nest is super nice and her images are really cute and fun to color.

I played with mixing papers and colors.  It was fun and I hope you like the outcome.

Flowers For Her (boy with flowers)

Ok, truly this IS my last one :o)  It is, indeed, one of the colored images that have been sitting and calling my name for a year or so.  This image is called Flowers For Her and can be found here, it is part of Tammy's April 2012 Club Kit

the sentiment is "with love"; I can picture this little guy out in a grassy field gathering wildflowers for his mom.  Imagine him handing them to her with his big grin.  As a mom to two boys (now in their teens) it would warm my heart for sure!

Mermaid Escape

And ONE MORE card I made using an image that has been sitting and waiting to be completed.  The image is by Tammy from A Day for Daisies and this little beauty is called Swimming With the Fish.  Tammy mainly have big-eyed beauties as seen here, but I adore the ones she does have.  She has a wonderful collection of mermaids.  I love her fairies too, well, all of her images are pretty incredible actually :o)

Poppy Pregnancy Card

Another image that I colored months and months (maybe a year) ago.  I adore poppies, especially since I am a California girl :o)  I used another one of Tammy's images you can find it here it's called A Prayer For You.  It would be a nice Congratulations card to send to a newly pregnant mommy.

Happy Birthday Little Cowboy!

I have been putting together a few cards that have been started but not completed.  I tend to do my cards in stages... I will first print out as many digital images on one piece of paper as possible.  When I have the chance, I will color the images.  After that, I will put a card together every now and again.  Here are a few I must have started months ago.  It's nice to complete a few things, it makes me happy :o)

I used a cute little image from A Day For Daisies called Little Cowboy.  It is a bit more challenging to make cute boy themed cards, at least it is for ME.  This is a 5.5" square easel card made on craft stock and designer papers.  I added fun metal brad details and stamped with a "happy birthday" sentiment.  It was so fun to make.
